Forbidden Fences*

Faces against fence
Peering out, or peering in –
Freedom is a jail.
Fox versus a dog:
Broken bodies litter den –
Tameness slays wildness.
Knife flashing in air,
Slices through a family.
Forbidden love kills.
Shout out to the moon.
Freedom comes with bloody price.
Wildness beats tameness.
